Must be 18 and over. Entry closes at 10pm on 13th April 2014. The winner will be chosen at random and will be contacted by telephone or email. The winner must have a consultation with a dentist to assess suitability for the treatment. The practice accepts no liability if the winner is deemed unsuitable for zoom whitening and reserves the right to refuse treatment on this basis. The winner agrees to allow before and after images to be used for promotional purposes.

I've heard some really good reviews in regards to the teeth whitening treatment received. I currently use a different dental hygienist and teeth whitening clinic but would love to come and try out yours! Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
